Unrelated, but I think I might actually consider a juke for my next DD, is yours the nismo?

Nope, it was posted on Juke FB group awhile back. Shoot me any Juke related questions.

I meant is your juke the nismo trim? Any reliability issues so far? I remember you dynoing it but don’t remember what mods you had.

It’s a concept called Honda 2 plus 4.
It’s bad ass! I hope they make it in competition with the Ariel atom ( I find think they will )

Mines a non-NISMO. The NISMO is light tune (10hp more then regular 1.6T), different springs, bigger wheels, & different body. The Nismo RS is years better then the NISMO. The RS had a LSD, chassis bracing, Recaro Sportster CS’s, & lots more.

Gotcha, yours is stick right? How’s the shifter/clutch? Mainly leaning towards the Soul turbo right now mainly for the panoramic roof but the juke does have manual trans going for it, and I do like the general styling overall, not crazy about the front but the rest is nice. Any complaints/issues so far? I think a stick is only on the RS now at least down here so I’d have to go that route anyways.

Mine is a stick. The clutch is great, it grabs right off the floor & has lots of feel. The shifter & gearing is ok, but not great. 1-2-3 in the RS are shorter then the regular 6spd. The RS & non-RS can be had with a stick state side, it’s the opposite up my way. You could probably find a CPO non-NISMO manual for cheaper.
The V1 motor (2011-2014, & RS) is less reliable & had more recalls. It also easier to mod. The V2 motor (2015-present) is more reliable & less reliable but more difficult to mod.
